Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Trinidad & Tobago, and ship regionally across the Caribbean and internationally. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery is handled by ODELIVER and TTPost locally, and DHL or FedEx for anything abroad.

Pickup in Port of Spain
Prefer to pick up? Pickup is available in Port of Spain by arrangement. The studio location and time are confirmed by WhatsApp once your order is packed.
How to Place an Order
- Browse the Collection and add your piece to the bag.
- Open your bag and hit Secure Checkout.
- Enter your delivery address and pick a payment method: bank transfer, cash on delivery, or payment on pickup.
- Your order number appears on screen right away. We follow up by WhatsApp or email with next steps, including the bank details if you chose transfer.

Order Tracking
Once your order goes out with the courier, you'll get an update by text or WhatsApp with your driver's info and an estimated arrival time.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we work in small drops with limited quantities, most pieces are one-per-size, one-of-a-kind. We inspect every piece before it leaves us, and we keep our sizing and fit notes precise so you know exactly what you're getting before you order.
Our Policy
- We accept exchanges only. Refunds are offered only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Exchange requests must reach us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery (weekends excluded).
- The piece must be in original packaging with no stains, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- To start an exchange, WhatsApp us with photos and your order number. If the piece you want is still in stock, we'll swap it and update your order.
- The customer covers the return delivery cost for exchanges.

- Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Items worn, washed, altered, or missing tags
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, no return shipping cost to you.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item hasn't already been dispatched. Once it's with the courier, we can only process an exchange after delivery.
Size Guide
All measurements in inches. Current drops run S to L. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for structured pieces (corset and tailored styles) and sizing down for anything with stretch.

Our denim runs in the same S, M, L sizing as the chart above, not numeric waist sizes. Fit varies by cut, so for a specific pair WhatsApp us and we'll measure it flat for you before you order.

Care Instructions
Our pieces are made to last, with the right care.
General
- Wash inside out on cold to preserve color
- Skip the dryer where you can, hang or lay flat to dry
- Iron on low with a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics
- Store hanging pieces on padded hangers to hold shape
Denim
- Wash sparingly to preserve wash and structure
- Turn inside out, cold water, gentle cycle
- Line dry to prevent shrinkage
Mesh, Sheer & Embellished
- Hand wash cold in a mild detergent, or use a mesh laundry bag on a delicate cycle
- Turn sequin, rhinestone and lace pieces inside out so the trim is not caught
- Never wring. Press between towels and lay flat to dry
- Keep an iron off embellished panels, steam from the reverse instead
